Stephanie understands that beginning therapy can be overwhelming. She takes pride in her unique ability to connect and build a therapeutic relationship with her clients. She believes that finding the “right fit” of therapists is one of the most important factors in the therapeutic process. Stephanie recognizes that each client has innate strengths and gifts that are the building blocks for creating a cohesive and happy life. Within this she utilizes relational and solution-focused modalities and incorporates Cognitive Behavior and Attachment based therapies.

Stephanie believes it is a true privilege to be able to work in this field and to share space with people during some of their hardest and most vulnerable moments. She remains continuously grateful for the opportunity her clients give her, and she is committed to continuing to grow and learn.
